NEWCASTLE'S WEDDING INVITATION SPECIALIST

Terms and Conditions

Please review the Terms and Conditions thoroughly. Should any aspect remain unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Planning a wedding takes time, so it is best to allow yourself approximately 5-6 months before your wedding day to organise your invitations. This will give you plenty of time to decide on a design, approve the artwork, and have us produce your stationer. However, do not panic! Pixel and Ink is only too pleased to assist you and can create an invitation that not only suits your budget but also your time frame. A fee may apply for urgent jobs.

Minimum Orders
A minimum order of the semi-custom designs is located on the website (minimum 20). Custom designs have a minimum of 30. Some exceptions do apply.

Colour Printing & Production
At Pixel and Ink, we only print using professional printers. Colours in digital printing may vary slightly from a sample due to the prints being printed on different stocks or at different times, such as 1 day or 1 week apart. However, utmost care is undertaken to ensure that colours remain the same. Variations may occur between items, finishes, and colours. On-screen colours may appear slightly different, depending on your monitor settings.

Personalised Invitations
All invitations and envelopes in the semi-custom and custom ranges can include personalisation to your guests at an additional cost of 50 cents per invite.

Samples
Samples are created with your wedding day details, so they can take up to 10 business days to produce as stock may need to be ordered. No refunds are given for samples that you do not like or if there are any spelling errors, as it is your responsibility to double-check all names, dates, and general wording details upon receiving artwork for approval.

Spell Check / Proofreading
Please ensure that you proofread your stationery suite before sending it to us, including names, addresses, order of service books, and so on. It is your responsibility to verify all names, addresses, dates, times, and general spelling upon reviewing your proofs for both your sample and final artwork. Pixel and Ink will not refund any samples or invitations due to these errors. Pixel and Ink also hold no responsibility for the spellcheck of names and addresses or general spelling within your guest list or invitations.

Printed and Assembled Stationery Proofs
Proof of your invitation will be emailed within 3 days of receiving your quote approval and payment. This is sent as an email attachment in PDF file format along with an Invitation Approval Form and Terms and Conditions. Two rounds of proofs of your entire stationery are provided free of charge. Please ensure that any changes emailed include all changes. Any additional proofs after the second round will be charged at $10 per proof. Once approved, the printing of your stationery will commence. Printing will not proceed until we have received an emailed approval confirmation along with the checked and signed Invitation Approval Form and Terms and Conditions.

Guest Lists
Printing of guests’ names and addresses that is included in the price requires a guest list saved in a table format that we provide once approval of the quote has been confirmed. All text in the guest list must be typed as you wish for it to appear. All spelling and set-out must be correct. Pixel and Ink does not check your guest list, and what you have saved will be printed on your stationery, once approved by you. Any mistakes incurred from your guest list are not Pixel and Ink’s responsibility. If re-prints are requested, there will be additional costs advised by us.

Additional Invitations
If additional invitations are required once previous artwork has been sent to print, there will be additional costs advised by us, which include a $20 setup fee and the cost per invitation set.

Payments
Pixel and Ink provide complimentary quotes based on your specific requirements.A 50% deposit (non-refunable) is required before your concept is created. The balance is required before printing commences. Refunds will not be issued after production has commenced.

Cancellation of Stationery Order
If you need to cancel your stationery order, you may be eligible for a refund. However, this refund will be calculated based on the time already spent on quotes, correspondence (including emails, messages, and phone calls), and artwork. Refunds will not be granted for invitations once they have been printed. If you need to cancel the ‘accessories’ portion of your stationery (such as table cards or place cards) due to the event not proceeding, artwork charges will be invoiced if artwork has already begun.

Errors
Errors approved through the proofing process will be reprinted at the client’s expense, irrespective of the error’s origin. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all artwork/proofs. A fee will be incurred for artwork correction and printing charges.

Delays and Approvals
Timely payment, proofing, and approval are essential to keeping your order on schedule. Failure to make payments, review proofs, or approve artwork within the advised timeframes may cause delays in the design and production process. Such delays can impact the overall production schedule and may result in your order not being completed or delivered by the required date. Pixel and Ink Designs cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from late client responses or approvals.

Refunds
No refunds will be provided for samples that are unsatisfactory or contain spelling errors. It is your responsibility to double-check all names, dates, and general wording details upon receiving artwork for approval. If there is an issue with the production of the initial sample, we will gladly re-issue a new sample at no cost. No refunds will be granted for stationery once final production commences or is finalised. Should there be a problem with the final production, please notify us promptly so that we can review the issue and provide suggestions for resolution. No refunds will be issued for stationery that have been customised by the client. No refund will be provided if the order is not delivered on time due to your inability to adhere to the schedule.

Delivery
If you prefer to have your invitations delivered instead of collecting them, we utilise Registered Post via Australia Post or Sendle, unless otherwise specified. Once packaged and dispatched, we assume no responsibility for the final delivery. Would you like us to stamp your envelopes and send them to your guests? We can alleviate the inconvenience of postage by handling the entire process for you. Please inquire about this option during your quote.

Photographic Rights
By signing this agreement, you consent to us taking a photograph of and uploading to social media “sneak peeks” of your invitation. We retain the right to photograph your completed invitation suite, other stationery, and signage, and subsequently advertise it on our website and social media platforms after the event has concluded. We will endeavour to conceal personal address, email, and website information.

Violations of copyright on any concepts or designs will be pursued.
