Welcome to Pixel & Ink Designs, a Newcastle wedding stationery studio creating beautiful, personalised stationery for couples who want their wedding details to feel just as special as the day itself.
From wedding invitations and save the dates to day-of stationery, signage, personalised details and keepsake gifts, we’re here to make the whole stationery journey easier - and a lot more exciting.
Based in Newcastle, NSW, I work with couples (and wedding planners) throughout the Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Sydney and across Australia, creating stationery that reflects their style, personality, colour palette and celebration.
And the idea behind Pixel & Ink is actually pretty simple...
The One-Stop-Shop I Couldn't Find
Pixel & Ink Designs was born from a problem I experienced myself.When I was planning my own wedding, I spent hours searching for the perfect invitation. I had ideas in my head, inspiration saved everywhere and a pretty good idea of what I wanted = but I couldn't find one invitation that brought it all together.
What I really wanted was a one-stop-shop.
Somewhere I could take my ideas, talk through them with a designer, choose the perfect papers and finishes, create the invitation, coordinate the rest of the stationery and eventually have everything for the wedding day all in one place.
I couldn't find it...So I decided to create it.
That became Pixel & Ink Designs.
What started with graphic design and custom invitations has grown into a complete destination for wedding stationery - from the moment you announce your wedding to the little details your guests discover on the day.
And because I know how overwhelming wedding planning can be, my goal has always been to make the stationery side of things feel creative, personal and enjoyable - not complicated.
MEET THE DESIGNER
SAMANTHA CAMPBELL
Hi, I'm Samantha - graphic designer, wedding stationery lover, wife, mum, coffee enthusiast and the person behind Pixel & Ink Designs.
I've been working in graphic design for 29 years, beginning my career as an in-house designer before branching out as a freelance graphic designer in 2004.
After getting married in 2007, my love of all things weddings really took over!I became fascinated by invitations, paper, typography, printing techniques, embellishments and all the little details that can make a wedding feel completely personal.
Over the past 10+ years, I've specialised in wedding stationery and have had the absolute pleasure of creating thousands of invitations and stationery pieces for couples across Australia.
I love taking a rough idea, a Pinterest board, a colour palette or even a simple "I don't really know what I want yet..." and turning it into something that feels unmistakably you.

STEP 1
THE VISION
We start with an appointment to go over your vision for your wedding day, looking through paper options and talk about how we can customise the perfect stationery suite for you.
STEP 2
ARTWORK MAGIC
Once the order is placed, I will take your vision and work my magic. I’ll mock up a design option and you can approve the design or let me know what revisions you’d like me to make! The main invitation gets designed and approved first, then I’ll do the rest of your suite to match. Revisions for exclusive suites are unlimited. That means, I can change anything you need until it's perfect. I am with you every step of the way.
STEP 3
PRINTING & ASSEMBLY
Once you’ve approved the full stationery suite, we’re ready to bring your order to life! I send everything to print then get started on any assembly if necessary. Are your guests ready for this??
