1. How long does the custom invitation take process take?
Once the quote is approved, please allow 2–5 business days from the time you submit your design request to receiving your first proof, depending on the complexity of your custom design.

2. How many design changes are included?
The fixed price includes two rounds of revisions. Additional changes are $20 per round, though it’s rarely needed as all details should be correct before sending to me, I also take the time upfront to ensure your design brief is clear and detailed, so I can get things right from the start.

3. Is printing included?
Yes, printing is included. Various paper stocks are available for you to choose from including matt, metallic, linen, and textured stocks.

4. For you offer specialised printing?
Absolutely! As well as standard digital printing, I also offer, white ink, metallic or hot press foil printing this gives your invitations that extra WOW factor! I use professional printers to ensure a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
